Hello! Our Wee Family was established when I identified a need in the area for an after school club & care programme with a point of difference. Our After School Club attracts parents and their children from across Ballyclare, Doagh, Templepatrick and further afield. As a mum of three, I wanted to create something that offers a bespoke service tailored to the needs of busy, working parents while providing a safe space where children can explore, discover and imagine.
You may be familiar with The Wee Village as a role-play space, adored by many with the importance of family at our core. We’ve invested in our facility and can offer your child so much more than just a space to play. Our Wee Family launched as an after school programme in September 2024.
We hope that ‘Our Wee Family’ becomes a place where every child thrives, families are supported, and everyone feels a sense of belonging.

We endevaour to make a start with homework and will discuss any needs for your child. Healthy snacks also provided.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon arrival at Our Wee Family, your child can expect to engage in a variety of activities designed to promote learning, development, and socialisation. This includes homework assistance, educational games, arts and crafts, outdoor play and group activities. We want your wee one to be so excited about coming to spend the afternoon with us, a space where they will feel like they’re part of ‘Our Wee Family’. With us friendships are formed and you and your child will feel supported by a childcare experience that is designed for you all.
