BOOKING & REFUND POLICY

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Wee Village, we want to make sure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to read our cancellation and refund guidelines for play sessions, special sessions, and parties.

Play Sessions and Special Sessions

(including Wee-est and SEN Sessions)

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to play session bookings. Changes can be accomodated up to 24 hours before.

  • If you cancel or request a change more than 48 hours before your session, we will happily assist you with rescheduling.

  • For change requests made within 48 hours of the session, we will do our best to help you find an alternative date, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Parties

  • For party bookings, cancellations or date changes must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled party.

  • If you contact us more than 30 days in advance, we will gladly assist you with rescheduling or cancellations.

  • If a request is made less than 30 days but more than 7 days before the party, we will do our best to accommodate a date change.

  • Unfortunately, if your request is less than 7 days before the party, it is unlikely that we will be able to assist with a change of date.

General Notes

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
