Refund and Cancellation Policy
At The Wee Village, we want to make sure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to read our cancellation and refund guidelines for play sessions, special sessions, and parties.

Play Sessions and Special Sessions
(including Wee-est and SEN Sessions)

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to play session bookings. Changes can be accomodated up to 24 hours before.

If you cancel or request a change more than 48 hours before your session, we will happily assist you with rescheduling.

For change requests made within 48 hours of the session, we will do our best to help you find an alternative date, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Parties

For party bookings, cancellations or date changes must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled party.

If you contact us more than 30 days in advance, we will gladly assist you with rescheduling or cancellations.

If a request is made less than 30 days but more than 7 days before the party, we will do our best to accommodate a date change.

Unfortunately, if your request is less than 7 days before the party, it is unlikely that we will be able to assist with a change of date.

Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
